Awesome place! I was able to get Same Day Service~ When my AC began cooling only sporadically,my neighbor recommended that I call "Indoor Weather Professionals" - Melissa answered my somewhat panicked phone call, and was not only polite and efficient,but was also very knowledgeable. The service technician;Steve, arrived promptly, and, not only diagnosed the issue(s),but also had my AC Cooling effectively in a very timely manner! I Highly recommend this company * A+ Service from Start to Finish!
I called Indoor Weather Professionals after hours, frantic that my air conditioning appeared to be malfunctioning (in 100-plus-degree weather). Danny called me right back and guided me through various things to check. As it turned out, I didn't need a service call! Danny was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. OK, let me just say WOW!!. OK, let me just say WOW!! I couldn't be happier!! Gary was fantastic!! The service cost was more than reasonable, on time and exactly what we needed. Great Customer Service - Indoor Weather Professionals. Jeff & his team replaced our system in a TIMELY manner when it failed. What I appreciated was the customer service they provided before & after the install. Bottom Line...I would use Indoor Weather Pro's in the future as well as refer them to friends & family.
